Bente Busog! Logo

Bente Busog! is a Philippine food business that promises to satiate (busog) your appetite for twenty (bente) pesos. Twenty pesos, is roughly $0.50 in 2010 USD, and targets the lower/middle-income classes of the Philippines:

For those unfamiliar with Philippine currency, the face of President Manuel Quezon is aptly used in the logo of Bente Busog! since he is also seen on a P20 bill (shown below):

Bente Busog! is currently  under the ownership and supervision of Carlo Almario, Joey Mangoba, and Christian Ignacio III.

Here are the cover art for the respective mixes I have made. I still make mixes every now and then, and make sure I send it to my friends as well as to those who are interested. (Shower Muzak is linked below):

the Ayon Sanchez Fans Club - Self-Titled

EP cover for the Ayon Sanchez Fans Club's self-titled debut. Also known in Philippine Indie Circuits as Ayon-FC, the 4-man band released 4 EPs between 2002 and 2004.

The band was later renamed to 'the BartenderTwin Project', releasing an additional 3 EPs in two years. They still continue to play, albeit with the absence of long-time drummer, yours truly.
